In the best interest and in the exigency of the service, the following personnel DOTC Action Center and accredited/recognized civic action group are hereby directed/requested to render services during the Observance of Lenten Season from April 6-8 2004, the activity give support and assistance to the riding public as well as to the motorists under "Oplan Kalakbay 2004" (Mahal na Araw) in coordination with the MMDA, PNP Local Government units and concerned agencies of the Department with the objective of safety among the commuting public and to apprehend the violators of RA 4136 and C.A. 146, to wit:
